OceanSafe Steel SSIP System Overview
Oceansafe Steel SIPs are pressure-laminated 25-gauge galvalume sheets sandwiched on both sides of a computer cut and routed expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) core. Our panels have a patented interlocking system that can used in both residential and commercial construction. Walls and roof panels can be built to nearly any length and a variety of thicknesses.
Unlike wood-based SIPs, the Oceansafe panels protect against mold and insect infestation while also protecting against natural disasters such as earthquakes and hurricanes. Also, Oceansafe structures are eligible for an exclusive 10-year warranty that offers protection from virtually all the forces of nature.
