OceanSafe SSIP Pricing
PRICING:
The Oceansafe SSIP System includes all necessary wall panels, roof panels, track, hardware, fasteners, caulk, and structural components necessary to erect a watertight lockable shell per the plans supplied.
In order to generate preliminary pricing based on a set of plans or drawings supplied by the customer, we must have the following information: estimated footprint square footage., exterior and roofline elevations, and exterior and roofline dimensions.
Upon the customer's decision to move forward from that preliminary pricing we can:

Refer you to an architect to draw final plan

Work with an architect of your preference to guide them towards the most SIP efficient design

Begin to re-engineer and panelize the plans supplied to us initially if they are already complete
Oceansafe will then generate a final estimate.
Installation and Finishing Costs
Oceansafe is the manufacturer and supplier of the SSIP system. We are not the builder, however we do have a list of Oceansafe Approved Builders to bid out your project. If you do have a preferred builder, we are very open to meeting with them to educate them on the Oceansafe System.
