1. GETTING AN ESTIMATE?

A. Contact Oceansafe to discuss the benefits of the Oceansafe Building System and its application to your project.

B. Send your plans to Oceansafe either electronically or via mail.

If you do not yet have a full set of plans:

• Send us estimated footprint sq.ft., elevations, and roofline to prepare a preliminary quote.
• Review your estimate and upon your decision to move forward, we can will can refer you to an architect to draw final plans. We can also work with an architect of your preference to guide them towards the most SIP efficient design.
• Oceansafe will review your plan and generate a final estimate.
• The estimate will be sent to you via mail, fax or email

2. PRODUCTION AND SHIPMENT

A. Upon permitting of your plans and written acceptance of the above estimate, we will then begin the scheduling process.

B. An invoice and purchase order will be generated and sent to the customer and/or builder.

C. 30% of the total price is due upon the signing of the PO.

D. Within 10 days Oceansafe will deliver written notice of ‘Date of Delivery’ which shall not be more than 65 days after the signing of the PO

E. Expenses applicable to the shipment of the product will be the sole responsibility of the client.

F. Prior to delivery of the panel, the final payment balance is required to be paid in full.

3. INSTALLATION

A. If you have a builder in mind or if you are a builder:

• Please have them contact Oceansafe to receive more information on the system components and building process.
• If your builder would like to be trained to install the Oceansafe SIP shell, we can work directly with their crews to qualify and approve them within our standards. Quality control is a requirement that our exclusive warranty is dependent on.
• If your builder would like to to be responsible for only the finishing of the home, we can arrange for a crew to install the shell only.
• We are willing to send the Oceansafe Team to train builders worldwide.
• If you do not have a builder, we can refer you to one in your area.
